Please make a note of your pick-up day and time before you press submit. The address for pick-up is 1210 Claremont Ave, Florence, SC. I may not have time to send a reminder so please keep track of this information. This is contactless pick-up. All flowers will be labeled and placed in coolers on my FRONT porch. If you miss your pick-up window, please come on the SAME day before 7:00 pm. Sunday or any other dates not listed on this form are not options for pick-up. Your flowers will still be fresh and beautiful if you pick-up a day a day early. Thanks for understanding!

For delivery.....

Delivery Day: Choose the day you would like your gift to be delivered. (Delivery is limited to vase arrangements)

For delivery... How many different locations for delivery (ONLY Vase arrangements are eligible for delivery. Delivery is limited to Florence city limits plus 5 miles beyond.)

Brief message for the card(s). If there are multiple gifts to multiple locations, please add name of giftee with message. Only answer for delivery.

Queen Bee cannot guarantee a delivery time. Please choose porch pick-up if you need your item by a particular time. If we arrive for delivery and your gift recipient is not home, we will find a shaded spot next to the home's main entrance and take a photo of where your gift is left. We will text you a picture so that you can alert your giftee to the waiting surprise.

Terms

*I agree to the following terms: There is NO OPTION TO PICK UP OR DELIVERY ON SUNDAY. If I fail to pick-up, I will not receive a refund or credit. I will carefully inspect my order at pickup or photo sent prior to delivery. If I choose to take the product with me or have it delivered, I am agreeing that the product is in acceptable condition and understand the no-refund policy. No changes or cancellations without 2 weeks notice before pickup.

IMPORTANT .... Full Payment is due when you press submit. You will be directed to pay on the next page. Your order will not be entered into our system without payment.
